The recently increased market interest in the FLOWMAG magnetic module also has provided some valuable customer input regarding the design of the FLOWMAG. Based on this feedback MHD has redesigned the FLOWMAG, resulting in two flanged sections with each section housing one row of magnetic elements. This design makes cleaning the FLOWMAG significantly easier compared to the previous, single section design.

Also added to the FLOWMAG design are magnetic shield plates. These shields prevent the magentic field reaching outside the module, reducing risks during transport, installation, operation and maintenance of the FLOWMAG magnetic module.
