ROTOMAG
The roller type magnetic separator ROTOMAG combines advanced magnetics and fluid dynamics to control the level of ferritic particle pollution in installations. With a fully automated program and permanent magnets, the ROTOMAG efficiently removes ferritic particles from batches of fluid, e.g. the drain of the PACMAN magnetic separator, to be collected in a waste basket.

The polluted fluid is circulated over the magnetic roll for a configurable amount of time. By means of a flow divider the fluid is evenly distributed over de magnetic roll. The scraper plate removes the particles from the magnetic roll to be collected in the filter bag in the waste basket.

System Integration
The roller type magnetic separator ROTOMAG is designed to effectively remove ferritic particles from batches of fluid. Drained fluid of up to three primary filters or separators, e.g. PACMAN magnetic separators or third party systems, can be handled by the ROTOMAG.
The number of connected primary filters or separators and their required circulation times are configurable. The configurable circulation time allows for the integration of different types and sizes of third party systems and application in various processes.
